The aim of this project is realizing feasible solutions for ‘early’ and complete risk detection during incidents and crises, so that effective management actions can be deployed. For this accurate information provision based on advanced sensor technology is necessary, as well as an effective sharing of information between parties in time-critical situations.

The assessment of risks needs to be optimized in order to define and deploy effective management actions and increase ‘damage control’.

The thinking- and innovation process among participating parties is facilitated by ‘playing’ incident- and crisisscenarios.
